Vivian is a senior consultant at FitForCommerce with deep retail merchandising experience. She leverages her past merchandising and planning leadership roles to help retailers and brands with their merchandising strategies while offering tactical guidance.
Prior to FitForCommerce, Vivian was the SVP of Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Styling at KIDBOX, reporting into the CEO. She was responsible for developing and executing the merchandising strategy for KIDBOX, and for driving tactics and initiatives to fulfill the strategic plan. For example, she managed monthly forecasting reviews and made tactical adjustments based on trend and performance and provided strategy recommendations. Vivian successfully grew their brand portfolio from 30 brands to over 200 brands within 3 years. Vivian launched and developed “Powered by KIDBOX” partnerships with Walmart, Jet.com, and Disney Limited Edition boxes.
Vivian also held leadership roles at Tory Burch as the VP of Global Digital Commerce – Buying and Planning for Toryburch.com and VP of Direct to Consumer – Merchandising, Buying, and Planning for Tory Sport. She developed and built brand and merchandising strategies with the executive team by collaborating with cross-functional business unit leaders. Vivian is skilled at establishing assortment line plans to ensure a well-curated assortment. She also developed wholesale assortment strategies and models for future partnerships. Vivian launched and managed 5 digital commerce sites in Europe and consulted in a partnership with Samsung to launch a digital site in Korea. She was also responsible for financial plans and monthly forecast review processes. Vivian has also worked for Bluefly, West Elm/Williams-Sonoma, Ann Taylor Loft, Villeroy & Boch, and Bloomingdale’s.
Vivian has a BA in Economics from Trinity College.
