Vince is a senior consultant at FitForCommerce. With 20 years of in-depth experience in the business and systems requirements of customer-centric ecommerce and multichannel retailers, Vince helps FitForCommerce clients with strategic decisions, technology roadmaps and international operations.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Vince was in Europe managing international ecommerce operations at VF Corporation, where he was responsible for ecommerce operations for Timberland Europe, UK, and Switzerland. With P+L responsibility, he managed web design, online marketing and merchandising, and worked closely with the VP of Retail to align channels and drive sales. He also managed internal and external service providers to prepare the ecommerce platform to launch six additional sites (FR, DE, IT, ES, NL and EU), navigating the challenges of translations, localization, and complicated legal and tax issues.
Before that, Vince was at Jackson Hewitt, where he performed a build-vs.-buy analysis and a software selection process for replatforming their consumer-facing tax application. His earlier work includes managing the launch of four ecommerce sites for Sleepy’s; providing solution architecture and ecommerce strategy services for London Drugs; and serving as program manager for Otterbox Products’s ERP and ecommerce systems.
Vince’s technical experience includes work with Oracle E-Business, IBM Websphere, Demandware, Magento and NetSuite.
Vince received a BA in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK.
