Victoria has 20+ years of technology experience in digital transformation for both B2B and B2C companies, across various verticals. She has a deep knowledge of many commerce platforms and point solutions, and a variety of program and process management tools. She has helped organizations transform their digital ecosystems, streamline operational processes, spearhead program management, and provide executive guidance for organizations embarking on digital initiatives.
She has worked with many brands and retailers across many verticals, including AGCO, Cargill Salt, Casual Male, Chico’s, DocuSign, Gates Corporation, Kohl’s, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Oscar de la Renta, Tata Harper, and True Value.
Before joining FitForCommerce, she was the COO of IWD Agency, where she was responsible for defining and executing operational efficiencies for Client Services, Sales and R&D Departments. By serving as the backbone of the organization, she introduced methodologies and processes that increased project margins, improved client satisfaction, and enabled better cross-department and cross-region collaboration. Prior to that, she held a Senior Executive position at Gorilla Group where she oversaw enterprise ecommerce digital strategies. She also managed and supported enterprise-wide IT implementation and roadmap strategy projects at Acquity Group and held Project Management positions are Workbrain and Hewitt Associates.
She has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Math from Eastern Illinois University.
