Tim Toews is a senior consultant at FitForCommerce, guiding retailers by leveraging his more than 20 years of multichannel experience.
Tim was Global CIO of Office Depot from 2005-2010, responsible for over 700 employees and a $200M Information Technology budget to support Office Depot’s $13.4B in revenue. Most recently, he has been a consultant to them, developing a pure-play strategy. Among other roles at Office Depot, he was SVP/ecommerce, SVP/CIO of Office Depot Europe and SVP of International Development.
Tim has senior level, across-the-board experience in B2B, B2C, multichannel and international management while maintaining a hands-on approach to business, operations and technology problem-solving.
At FitForCommerce, Tim’s projects include MDM, PIM, and ecommerce strategy for clients such as Alpha Industries, Bosch, Epson, FootSmart, Guitar Center, Harry and David, International EZ Up, Orr Safety Corporation, Revman/Kaltex, Stein Mart, Sub-Zero Group, Swavelle/Mill Creek Fabrics, Teleflora, Textron Aviation, Thoroughbred Diesel, and Topco.
Tim has a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California and studied for his MBA at UCLA.
