Scott is an experienced B2C and B2B marketer with expertise in Martech, CRM, and Customer Journey across many verticals such as retail, insurance, automotive, and financial services. He excels at delivering innovative marketing campaigns, strategies, and solutions to raise brand loyalty, elevate customer engagement, and improve client satisfaction. Most recently, Scott was the Global Customer Experience Advisor – Retail at SAP, where he provided client-facing business support to help bring customer experience strategy and tactics to life. He was accountable for creating and ensuring successful adoption and deployment of the customer experience advisory methodology within retail and CPG by staying connected to customers, the market, end-users, competition, technology, and the SAP customer experience ecosystem.
Prior to that, Scott was the Senior Director, Digital Marketing Strategist at Capgemini where he expanded client growth, demand, and profitability across the financial services sector. He set forward-thinking strategies for differentiating customer propositions within the digital marketing technology capability stack. He also managed the sales pipeline of qualified prospects and existing clients for new digital projects.
Scott led teams executing omnichannel strategies for retailers and brands such as Hot Topic, Wilsons Leather, Ace Hardware, Dollar General, Pet Plan, PBS, Stein Mart, NFL.com, and more. He has also held senior Marketing roles at Purchasing Power and True Action (GSI Commerce’s interactive agency/eBay).
Scott gained his commerce experience on the retailer and brand side as the AVP, Marketing of Pep Boys, Multichannel Marketing Manager at Victoria’s Secret/Limited Brands, and Marketing Manager at JCPenney.
Scott has a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
