Robin is an entrepreneurial ecommerce and marketing leader who knows how to use data, content and merchandising strategy to drive customer engagement and ROI. She has demonstrable success creating insight-based strategies and efficiencies for ecommerce sales in media, financial services, consumer products, beauty and wellness. She brings deep martech expertise to the team.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Robin was SVP, Global Marketing and Ecommerce for Bliss, where she led ecommerce and brand strategy and increased lifetime value for online and brick-and-mortar businesses. She also has had key leadership roles at Pfizer, Citigroup, and Seventh Generation. She also has experience with fashion brands that include Amsale, Levi’s, Rue La La, and Gap Inc.
Robin was President of Digital Media at ArtInfo.com, where she was responsible for ecommerce, business development, marketing, advertising, PR, content, product development, technology, operations and P&L of leading consumer art and design site and related global digital publishing businesses. Before that, she was GM of Fairchild Internet, where she was responsible for ecommerce, marketing, advertising sales, content, product development, technology, business development, user experience, operations and P&L of 12 fashion industry newspaper and magazine websites, including Brides (brides.com) and Women’s Wear Daily (wwd.com).
Robin has experience with consumer product subscriptions (and Amazon subscriptions) since her work at Seventh Generation, and experience with replenishment option at Bliss. More recently, she has worked with Exhale (spa/fitness), working with a new video subscription company trying to compete with Peloton, which focuses on video spin subscriptions. Also, she has worked with UltiWorld.com, a site that sells video subscriptions to ultimate frisbee tournaments.
Robin has a BS in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
