Michael brings more than a decade of experience in project management and enterprise systems to FitForCommerce. His diverse experiences range from driving ecommerce marketplace and dot-com channel growth in the consumer electronic space, technical support team management, to leading complex enterprise delivery projects replacing legacy systems with cloud-based solutions.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Michael led multi-million-dollar engagements as a Sr. Engagement Manager at an agency. He ran teams delivering multi-cloud system integrations on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform stack. Past initiatives included creative/experience design management, business analysis, project management, program analysis, personalization, customer service, call center development, order routing logic, data flow and translation layer redesign, subscription integration, warehouse management, and retailer omnichannel experiences. He also brings over five years of SME in the multi-tenant order management space in which he led enterprise implementations for four years, then pivoted to lead the global technical support teams for 500+ clients across the platform.
Michael has commerce tech experience in numerous industries. Some of his past work includes order automation for high-volume print production of consumer-packaged goods and in digital post-production. He has had roles as System Architect, UX/UI Design, Branding, Lead Developer, on-going support, and server administration across Microsoft and Claris, Inc. platform stacks. Michael has worked for retailers such as Amazon.com, Ashley Furniture, Belkin, Cost Plus World Market, The Gap, L Brands, Modell’s Sporting Goods, and Newegg.com.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
