Lori is an accomplished IT consultant with a successful track record implementing complex software solutions with leading retailers in the US and abroad. She has project management expertise; proposal development, creating and managing project infrastructure, project oversight, and maintaining overall budget accountability to meet customer expectations while minimizing internal risk and delivering successful project outcomes. She is adept at defining and communicating business requirements, creating product roadmaps, and leading project implementations. Lori has also managed global implementation teams.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Lori was the Engagement Manager at INFOR where she managed projects and teams implementing fixed and mobile point of sale (POS) software in addition to custom software solutions for retail client accounts. During the 10+ years she spent at INFOR, she also directed an international project team and client IT team in defining and developing a new innovative store credit solution to operate in the client’s 600+ stores in 24 countries.
Lori also spent almost a decade with Oracle where she helped both US and Australian retailers implement Oracle retail applications (merchandising, pricing, inventory, and planning solutions). She has also held positions at Tosco Corporation, United Cerebral Palsy of Texas, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Over her tech career, Lori has worked with retailers and brands such as Pep Boys, Zumiez, Burlington Coat Factory, The Good Guys, Unicomer, Michaels, Urban Outfitters, Circuit City, Apple, Home Depot, Tractor Supply Company, and many more.
Lori has a BA in Public Relations/Marketing from Texas Tech University, as well as a degree in IT Project Management from Austin Community College.
