Director of Partnerships
Kelly Gilmore leverages her industry network and experience to develop and manage FitForCommerce’s relationships with industry associations and organizations. She also lends her marketing expertise to assist with events, tradeshows, whitepapers, and other strategic thought-leadership initiatives.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Kelly was the VP of Retail Advertising and Marketing at the National Retail Federation (NRF) for almost 20 years. She transformed a Board of Directors to a Council, cultivated the advertising and marketing ecosystem for NRF, drove content in multiple channels for the industry, and led revenue-producing international initiatives while maintaining focus on value for members and the retail industry. She managed many events, recruited speakers, curated and shaped content, hosted numerous NRF Dinner series, contributed to Women’s Retail initiatives, and spearheaded research.
Kelly was also the SVP at Retail Advertising & Marketing Association (RAMA) where she was responsible for multiple events, retailer and partner relationship building, RACie awards program, and more.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
