Kat is a senior consultant at FitForCommerce with deep experience creating consumer-centric shopping experiences across many verticals and business models. She leverages her past experiences to maximize retailers’ engagement and sales. Most recently, she worked with Campbell’s, Coca-Cola, Energizer, Intel, Kroger, and many more.
Prior to FitForCommerce, she was the Director of Corporate Strategy at VF Corp where she led the DTC Insights team. Additionally, she managed retail labs and established new consumer research protocol using camera (including facial and emotion recognition) and wifi analytics across brands, launching tests with more than 100% sales lift. She also co-created a consumer-centric technology roadmap with IT through consumer journey mapping and developed online shipping strategy (free 3-day shipping and free returns). She also held positions at Pharmavite, Pepsico, and Progressive Insurance.
Kat has a bachelors in Business Administration from University of Michigan and an MBA from University of Chicago.
