SVP, Provider Program
As SVP, Provider Program, Arthur is responsible for developing and delivering products and programs that help solution providers deliver maximum results to retailers. To this end, Arthur leverages his extensive industry experience in setting corporate strategy and achieving global B2B and B2C customer-facing goals and objectives.
Previously, Arthur was the VP of Business Development for ecommerce platform provider iCongo Inc. As a member of the executive management team, Arthur helped iCongo achieve significant revenue growth and increased market positioning, having multiple roles including leading sales, marketing, partner management, and analyst relations. Arthur also has direct retailer experience as Director of IT at Timberland and consulting experience working for i2 Technologies leading consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients such as Whirlpool, GE, and British American Tobacco.
Arthur’s work includes Barnes & Noble, Cleaner’s Supply, Gamestop, Heineken, IBM, Orchard Mile, Parachute Home, Polaris After Market Group, Reeds Jewelers, Salesforce/Demandware, Scrubs & Beyond, and many more.
Arthur has earned an MBA from Babson College on top of holding a BS in Management.
