Session Recommendations for NRF 2021 Ch. 1
Normally, we would be getting ready to meet and reconnect with many of you at Javits. This year, we’ll be attending from behind our screens (most likely in our comfy gear). Here are sessions we’ll be attending and why.

Tuesday, Jan. 19 | 11:00 am–11:45 am | Creature comforts: Serving consumers’ desire for life’s simple pleasures | Fireside chat with the CEO of Chewy, followed by Sonic Drive-in’s President. Because we definitely relied on our pets and fast food during the pandemic. |
Tuesday, Jan. 19 | 1:45 pm–2:15 pm | Is your last-mile strategy up to the challenge? | Do you need to reshape the state of your last-mile strategies? This means increasing supply chain visibility, leveraging new technologies and reinventing logistics ecosystems. |
Tuesday, Jan. 19 | 1:45 pm–2:15 pm | Pivoting with purpose: Lessons from DTC brands | We were impressed at how quickly DTC brands pivoted their strategies during the pandemic. In this session, we get to learn the merits of transparency around purpose, especially when thinking about the future needs of customers and stakeholders. |
