FitForCommerce omnichannel experts mystery-shopped (on web, mobile and in-store) and benchmarked 26 food retailers across 175+ criteria.
We evaluated the compiled data which serves as the basis for this report. The analysis evaluates how food retailers currently deliver on customer expectations and identifies opportunities to enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.
