Our consultants first conducted interviews and workshop with key stakeholders, constituent users, and dealer customers to listen what the commerce site should accomplish for the business/markets and users/customers. We then conducted a comparative analysis of direct and indirect competitors’ B2B ecommerce offerings. We performed a site assessment with workflow for key users, then defined list of features and functionalities needed. Our experts then defined the key success measurements for the program and the commerce site. We also established and provided a roadmap with priorities, short-term low hanging fruits, and long-term goals.
