Multi-billion, public, national mass merchant selling hard and soft goods with over 1000 retail stores, needed help determining how to position themselves better from a multichannel perspective. New management team wanted help in efficiently leveraging the web channel for ecommerce sales, brand support, as well as a driver to their stores.
