FitForCommerce Develops a Global Ecommerce Playbook for a Major Sporting Goods and Apparel Brand
Major sports equipment and apparel brand had two entirely separate sets of teams dealing with ecommerce in the US and ecommerce globally. Given the tech decision to consolidate regions onto a single platform, an organizational effort was initiated to begin figuring out how the various groups would/could work together.
We conducted detailed interviews with the various stakeholder groups to understand process, requirements, and considerations for cross-organization collaboration in the future state. We reviewed workflows and playbooks to identify gaps and expansion opportunities.
FitForCommerce produced a series of Playbooks that coordinated the global activities associated with feature request in-take, scoring and evaluation, and product prioritization for the ecommerce platform future-state.
