Alora has more than 20 years of experience with major multinational brands, startups, ecommerce and enterprise software implementations. She has run global ecommerce, order management, and point of sale services organizations overseeing client-facing staff on four continents.
With ecommerce deployment experience at Adidas and JetBlue Airways, order management rollouts at DHL eCommerce and Fanatics, and point of sale implementations at Shake Shack, Nordstrom, Zumiez and Bose, Alora brings a true omnichannel perspective to the modern retail technology environment. Since 2013, Alora has worked with FitForCommerce clients such as Toys R Us, Gucci, Under Armour, Sterling Jewelers and more to address the complexities of technological, organizational and change management needs for a rapidly-changing global retail marketplace.
Prior to FitForCommerce, Alora was Vice President of Professional Services within Infor’s retail technology division, headed up Omnichannel Commerce Services at Lightwell, was the Founding President of Astound Commerce, and led numerous other technology organizations serving the retail, travel and hospitality spaces.
Alora attended the University of San Francisco where she studied Organizational Behavior.
