Cynthia is a senior consultant, with deep experience working with dynamic retailers and manufacturers in brick and mortar and online channel innovation, planning and implementation, marketing strategy and implementation, technology strategy and implementation, business intelligence, business plan development, and growth and distribution strategy.
Prior to joining FitForCommerce, Cynthia provided ecommerce and wholesale consulting, with expertise in areas such as revenue growth strategy, market and competitive assessment, product design, manufacturing and logistics, strategic business development, wholesaler, retail and Internet distribution.

Previously, Cynthia was interim CEO for Luxury Trading Club, a large online marketplace for luxury goods (yachts, autos, real estate). She also was Strategy, Marketing & Operations Partner and Founder of SocialExtract, where she built a scalable Big Data, multi-channel social CRM service to identify and provide customer service engagement across all social platforms via an enterprise SaaS solution for B2B and B2C marketing. She holds a patent on data analysis and sifting criteria.
Cynthia has a BA in Computer Science from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA in Strategy/Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
