With over 10 years of ecommerce consulting experience, Sevag specializes in site assessments, user testing, competitor benchmarking and analytics. For FitForCommerce clients, he has conducted multiple, complex usability studies including eye-tracking, cognitive walkthroughs and card-sorting, across all touch points. He has helped retailers as Toys R Us, Steve Madden, Brookstone, Perry Ellis, Calvin Klein, J. Jill, Motorcycle Superstore, Harry & David, CVS, and RUN.com with designing, testing and assessing usability and functionality.
Internally, he manages search marketing, site analytics and vendor support for ecommerceKnowHow.com (FitForCommerce’s knowledgebase website), and is responsible for its key content. Sevag also takes part in evaluating provider solutions as part of the “FitForCommerce Verified” program (an in-depth review of solutions which is a differentiator for providers and a new “seal of approval” for retailers to use when making ecommerce technology decisions).
Additionally, Sevag’s most recent work has included Ballard Designs, GameStop, Revman/Kaltex, Living Spaces Furniture, Milady, Quantum Health, Spinrite Yarns, and Textron Aviation, The Topps Company.
Sevag has a BA in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
