Scott is a senior consultant at FFC, where his extensive B2C and B2B digital innovation experience allows him to provide structured innovation, data analytics and marketing strategy to FitForCommerce clients. He has been a student of emerging best practices in ecommerce for over 20 years. Most recently, he co-founded a digital innovation company with a process that provides affordable, low-risk proofs of game-changing technology solutions.
Scott previously ran VitaminShoppe.com as Director of Ecommerce, where he built and managed the digital group’s operating budgets and P&L forecasting models. He and his team doubled online revenues while cutting the cost of customer acquisition in half. Scott was among the earliest adopters of now-standard UX technologies such as product videos, customer Q&A and recommendation engines.
Prior to that, Scott ran his own digital marketing firm, served as a VP of Marketing during the first dot-com boom, and was awarded two Effies from the American Marketing Association for outstanding campaign effectiveness for launches of Crayola and IBM software products.
At FitForCommerce, Scott has worked on projects for Silver Star Brands, Tailored Brands and Timbuk2.
Scott has a BS in Earth & Atmospheric Science from Rutgers University.
