Using Featurepedia to research eCommerce featues

• The Featurepedia is organized in a logical structure with nine top feature sets from Front End - Web Store to Back End to Customer Service.

• Within each feature set, Featurepedia has been designed to allow browsing and expanding of features to further research sub featues in an organized and logical structure.

• Once the researched feature is found, there are several tabs of information avaialble to the user to understand the feature, its relevance for their business, and what the exprts are saying. The main feature tab shows an abridged version of the key feature research material including key best practices, expert and user opinions, and articles for each feature.

• The Assessment tab includes assessments by the community and FitForCommerce experts. Trends and key assessment information is shown across industries.

• The Best Practice tab includes best practices, did you know, pitfalls, UI design tips and good examples where this feature is used

• The Best Practice tab also has screenshots from top rated retailers showing 'best in breed' use of each feature across a variety of industries

• The Expert Opinions tab includes comments on each feature from experts in the use and benefits of that specific feature

• The User Opinions tab includes comments on each feature from community users

• The Article tab includes recent news articles relevant for each feature
